Ways to the Document Camera in the Classroom

This is a working document. Please feel free to add your ideas for using the document camera in the comments section below this post.

1) Everyone shares their library books, title, author, and why…
2) Math Manipulatives – Use so that everyone can see what you are doing…
3) How to grade/score papers – math timings
4) Papers without names on them
5) Writing in planners/agenda to show where homework goes, etc. You also have a record of homework given to have students look at when they have been absent.
6) Book shortage – Display the text larger, so that everyone can read... have kids come up and point things out.
7) Copy an image to use as a reference at a later date.
8) Book Share right before/after library time
9) Science Experiments – Video tape for next block or to show at another time
10) “Scan” images to send home (Disciplince referrals, homework, worksheets, etc.)
